All you need is a valid email address to create an account. Once booked, you'll receive your access code to enter the facility and reach your unit.
You get immediate access after completing your booking and payment. Your personal access code is sent to you right away.

Pack items in sturdy boxes and label them clearly. Place frequently accessed items near the front of your unit. Avoid storing perishable or hazardous items.
We offer a wide range of sizes from small lockers (XXXS) for documents and boxes, all the way up to large units (XL) that can fit the contents of an entire house.
Yes. Cancellations within the first 7 days receive a full refund. After that, you can cancel at the end of your current billing period. You can also switch unit sizes at any time, subject to availability.
